How to Power a 24V System

  1. Direct Solar Connection: You can run these directly using solar panels. To achieve a 24V working system, you can either use a single large 24V solar panel (usually 300W or larger) or wire two standard 12V panels in series (connecting positive to negative).

  2. Battery Systems: Perfect for running straight off a 24V battery bank (common in trucks, large RVs, or 24V off-grid solar storage configurations built by linking two 12V deep-cycle batteries sequentially).

  3. Mains Power: To run these from a household wall socket, you will need a 220V/110V AC to 24V DC power supply transformer rated for at least 15 Amps for surface pumps, or 6 Amps for diaphragm/inline models.
