2. Working & Operating Hours

Our team is ready to serve you, process orders, and answer customer support queries during the following business hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Orders placed outside of our working hours or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices provided are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Accuracy: While we work hard to provide exact details, slight variations may occur in product packaging or color from the manufacturer.

  • Availability: All tools and accessories are subject to stock availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately during our working hours to offer a replacement, delay delivery until restocked, or cancel the order.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time you confirm your order is the price you will pay.

  • Payment Methods: We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. You may pay using M-Pesa or Cash to our delivery agent once you have inspected the tools upon arrival.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer countrywide delivery across Kenya at a flat rate of KES 500.

  • Deliveries within Nairobi and its environs are typically fulfilled within 24 hours. Countrywide deliveries take between 1 to 3 business days via our trusted courier partners.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

We stand by the quality of our tools and comply fully with the Kenya Consumer Protection Act (2012).

  • 30-Day Returns: We offer a 30-day return window with zero restocking fees for unused items returned in their original packaging.

  • Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Defects: If a tool is defective out-of-the-box, please notify us within 48 hours for an immediate exchange.

7. Customer Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Submit false or misleading information when placing an order (e.g., fake phone numbers or addresses).

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we supply high-quality power tools, Cindy Digital World is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including personal injury or property damage) resulting from the misuse, improper handling, or lack of safety precautions when using the tools purchased from us.
