Thank you for shopping at Cindy Digital World. We take great pride in the quality of our hand tools, power tools, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.

Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Our team is ready to serve you, process orders, and answer customer support queries during the following business hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Orders placed outside of our working hours or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received or picked up your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The tool or accessory must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all user manuals, protective cases, and bundled accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase from Cindy Digital World.

Note: Items showing clear signs of misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear from personal use cannot be accepted for a return.

3. Zero Restocking Fees

We believe in risk-free shopping. There are zero (0) Ksh restocking fees and zero return costs charged by our shop to process your return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

2.Pack Your Item Securely:
Step 2.

Place the tool securely back in its original box along with all its accessories, manuals, and your proof of purchase.

3.Return the Product:
Step 3.

Bring the item directly to our physical shop or ship it back to us at:

Cindy Digital World, Barkat Biashara Mall, 1st Floor, Shop 23, Kumasi Road, Nairobi.

 

5. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate your refund.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving your eligible return.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be disbursed via a mutually agreed-upon channel (such as M-Pesa or bank transfer).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a power tool or accessory that is defective or damaged right out of the box, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track an exchange or complete refund at no extra cost to you.
