At Cindy Digital World, we understand that getting your tools on time and in perfect condition is crucial to your projects. We are fully committed to providing reliable, fast, and secure delivery services to our customers all across Kenya.
Please read our delivery terms and conditions below to understand how we fulfill and ship your orders.
Our team is ready to serve you, process orders, and answer customer support queries during the following business hours:
Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Orders placed outside of our working hours or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
Countrywide Coverage: We ship to all 47 counties across Kenya, including major towns and remote locations.
Flat Rate Delivery: To keep things straightforward and affordable, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of KES 500 per order, regardless of your location or the number of items purchased.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Once you place an order, our customer care team will review the details and contact you via phone (+254 725 094675) to confirm your delivery address and items.
Orders within Nairobi CBD, surrounding estates, and close metro areas are delivered within 24 hours of confirmation.
For orders outside Nairobi, we dispatch your tools through our trusted regional courier partners. Delivery typically takes between 24 to 72 hours, depending on your distance from Nairobi.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
We want you to shop with total peace of mind. We allow Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders countrywide.
The Process: You can inspect the package upon arrival to ensure it contains the correct tools and accessories before releasing payment to the delivery agent.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash or M-Pesa payments at the point of delivery.
4. In-Store Pickup
If you are in Nairobi and would like to skip the shipping fee, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our retail shop.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Shipments
While we take extreme care in packaging your hand and power tools, accidents can occasionally happen during transit.
Inspection: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
Reporting Damage: If your tool arrived damaged or if there are missing accessories, refuse the delivery or contact us within 48 hours at +254 725 094675. We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue immediately at no extra cost to you.
